Refund Policy

Every JLM Apparel shirt is printed just for you after you order. That keeps prices low and waste down, but it means our policy works a little differently from a store with shelves full of stock.

Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong item

If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Email jason.mattox@jlmapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a clear photo of the problem (lay the shirt flat so the whole design shows)

You'll choose a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to send the shirt back.

Small variations are normal for printed-to-order shirts: print placement can shift up to about half an inch, and measurements can vary up to about an inch from our size guide.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Because each shirt is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, a change of mind, or an order placed by mistake. Before you order, please check our Size Guide. Our tees are a unisex fit. Not sure which size to get? Email us before you order and we'll help you pick.

Canceling or changing an order

You can cancel or change your order (size, design or address) for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. Email us as soon as you can. After that, your shirt may already be printing and we can't cancel it.

Refunds

  • We review claims within 1–2 business days.
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show up.
  • We refund shipping costs only when the problem was our mistake (damaged, defective, misprinted, wrong or lost items).

Please don't mail items back

Our shirts ship from print facilities, not from us, so anything sent to the return address on the package won't reach us. Email us first. We'll handle everything by email.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
