About JLM Apparel

JLM Apparel is an online shop selling funny, nostalgia-based graphic tees for Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z. Every unisex shirt is printed on demand on a soft Gildan Softstyle tee, with jokes about the stuff that raised us: mixtapes, landlines, dial-up, flip phones, Vine and everything in between. We're based in Spring Grove, Illinois.

From Mixtapes to Memes

Every generation has its own inside jokes. Gen X had metal slides, Big Wheels, busy signals and a TV that asked at 10 PM if anyone knew where the kids were. Millennials had dial-up screams, their first flip phone, burned mix CDs and a diploma that arrived right on time for a recession. Gen Z had Vine, the family PC, early TikTok and the unwritten rules of the aux cord. We make shirts about all of it. Our motto is simple: Wear What Raised You.

Who it's for

Our shop is organized by generation, so you can go straight to Gen X, Millennials or Gen Z. Some jokes don't fit neatly in one decade, though. Our Gen X & Millennial parent shirts are for the families where both generations share a couch and argue about movie night. And our funny dad shirts & trending meme tees are for the jokes going around online right now, like Nap Goes the Dad.

What the shirts are

We print on Gildan Softstyle tees: lightweight, ring-spun cotton in a unisex fit, in sizes S to 2XL. Many designs are printed in white ink so they pop on a black shirt, and many also come in a color-print version. Every shirt is made to order through our print partner, Printify, which means nothing sits in a warehouse. It gets printed after you order it. Most of our tees are $16.99.
