About the brand
What is JLM Apparel?
JLM Apparel is an online shop for funny, nostalgia-based graphic tees for Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z. Our line is "From Mixtapes to Memes": shirts about the landlines, dial-up, flip phones, Vine and everything else that raised us.
Where is JLM Apparel based?
We're based in Spring Grove, Illinois (60081). Every shirt is printed on demand by our print partner, Printify, at its print facilities in the United States, and shipped straight to you.
What is the Crossover collection?
Crossover is where we put designs that belong to more than one generation, mainly Gen X and Millennial parent humor, like our Gremlins vs. Minions tees.
How much do your shirts cost?
Our tees are $16.99. You'll see the exact price on each product page before you check out.
Shirts & sizing
What brand of shirt do you print on?
We print on Gildan Softstyle tees: lightweight, ring-spun cotton, in a unisex fit. Our current designs come on black.
What sizes do you offer?
Our tees come in unisex sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Check the measurements in our Size Guide before you order, and email us if you're between sizes. Because every shirt is made to order, we can't exchange sizes.
What does "White Ink" mean?
White Ink designs are printed in white so they pop on a black shirt. Many designs also come in a color-print version. It's the same shirt at the same price, so pick the look you like.
How do I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold with similar colors, don't bleach, and tumble dry on low. Iron on low heat if you need to, and skip the dry cleaner.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Every shirt is made to order. Printing takes 2–7 business days, then Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days within the US, so most orders arrive in 4–12 business days. Standard shipping is $4.95 for the first shirt plus $2.40 for each additional shirt, and you'll get a tracking email when your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Because each shirt is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. You can cancel or change an order within 12 hours of placing it. If you're not sure about sizing, email us before you order. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll make it right. Email us at jason.mattox@jlmapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the shirt back.
